The listed price is the final amount you'll pay for the product. Since we're a small business, we're currently exempt from collecting GST/HST until we reach a revenue threshold. Feel free to take advantage of this and save more money on your purchase!
shipping
We currently offer standard shipping through UPS and Canada Post
Order usually being processed within 5-7 business days and another 2-3 days to ship to you after we send it out.

can be able to support you with your request.
Please note: Order can only be adjusted when it has not been
dispatched. Once you have received your tracking number, we cannot make any
adjustments unfortunately.
RETURN
We do accept return within 10 days of your purchase into our store credit. We only accept refund to original payment method in case the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Kindly refer to the Refund Policy for detail information.
Kindly send us the email at info@easescents.com. We will provide you the return label to send back the product and you can place the new order after we have issued you the store credit for the exchange.
Please note, you will have to pay for the return shipping fee as well as the exchanged product shipping fee - if applicable.
